시공현장
오늘 소개해 드릴 곳은 화성시 봉담에 위치한 중흥에스클래스 에듀포레 아파트입니다.
이 아파트는 2024년 1월부터 입주가 시작된 곳이며, 지난번에도 저의 포스팅에서 소개해 드렸던 중흥에스클래스 에듀파크 아파트 바로 옆에 위치하고 있습니다.
신축 아파트 인테리어 전문으로 활동하고 있는 저희 디자인굿즈에서는 이번에 전체 시공이 아닌 부분적인 인테리어 필름 시트지 시공을 진행하였습니다.
이곳에서는 전체 샷시 창문과 전체 걸레받이 몰딩을 시공하였습니다.
그런데 이 아파트는 갑작스럽게 계약하여 입주 이사 날짜가 너무 촉박하여 시공 선택의 폭이 좁았습니다.
그래서 급하게 할 수 있는 가장 가성비 높은 부분인 샷시 창문과 걸레받이 몰딩만 시공하게 되었습니다.
잔금이 아직 남아 있어 시공 상 제약이 조금 있었지만, 무사히 그리고 완벽하게 시공을 마무리해 드렸습니다. 그럼, 시공 전후 사진을 보시겠습니다.

Today, I’ll introduce you to the Jungheung S-Class Edufore Apartment located in Bongdam, Hwaseong City.
This apartment started moving in from January 2024, and it is located right next to the Jungheung S-Class Edupark apartment, which I introduced in my previous post.
At Design Goodz, which specializes in new apartment interiors, we did not do a full construction this time, but carried out a partial interior film sheet construction.
Here, we constructed the entire sash windows and the entire mop molding.
However, because this apartment was contracted abruptly and the moving in date was too urgent, the range of construction choices was narrow.
Therefore, we only constructed the most cost-effective parts that could be done in a hurry, the sash windows and the mop molding.
There was still a balance remaining, so there were some restrictions in construction, but we successfully and perfectly completed the construction.
Now, let’s look at the before and after photos of the construction.
샷시(섀시)시공의 방법
일반적으로 샷시 창문 인테리어 필름 시트지 시공을 하실 때, 고객님들은 단순히 기존의 시트지 위에 새로운 필름을 붙이는 것으로 생각하실 수 있습니다.
그러나 실제로는 그렇게 간단한 작업이 아닙니다.
샷시 창문 시공은 전체 시공 비용에서 약 40% 이상을 차지하는 경우가 많습니다.
시공 과정을 직접 보셔야 이해가 쉬울 수 있지만, 간단히 설명드리자면 먼저 샷시를 탈착합니다.

그리고 기존 시트지와 유리 사이의 실리콘을 제거하고, 인테리어 필름 시트지를 재단합니다.
이제야 비로소 인테리어 필름 시트지 시공을 시작합니다. 마지막으로 제거했던 실리콘을 전문 실리콘 시공 업체를 통해 재시공하고 마무리합니다.
이렇게 보면 간단해 보이는 샷시 창문 인테리어 필름 시트지 시공이지만, 이러한 복잡한 과정 때문에 전체 공사비의 40% 이상을 차지하게 되는 것입니다.

걸레받이 시공의 방법
이번에는 걸레받이 몰딩 시공에 대해 이야기하겠습니다. 일반적으로, 평평한 걸레받이 몰딩의 경우 시공이 단순하고 간편합니다.
기존 몰딩과 바닥 사이의 실리콘을 제거하고, 도배가 덮인 부분을 벗겨내는 작업을 진행합니다.
이런 경우에는 도배를 새로 하지 않는 곳은 필름으로 도배를 덮는 것으로 마무리합니다. 그리고 인테리어 필름 시트지 시공을 진행하고, 마지막으로 실리콘 재시공을 합니다.
그런데, 이렇게 간단해 보이는 시공이 걸레받이에 홈이나 턱 같은 모양이 있는 경우라면 상황은 180도 달라집니다.
홈이나 턱을 살리는 시공 때문에 시공 시간이 늘어나고, 결국 인건비가 늘어나는 상황이 발생합니다.
그래서 인테리어 필름 시트지 견적을 받을 때 사진을 요청하는 이유가 바로 이 때문입니다.
도배는 평수에 따라서 브랜드나 타입별로 시공비용 차이가 거의 없습니다.
그러나 인테리어 필름 시 트지 시공은 타입별, 브랜드별, 평형별로 기존 구조물의 모양과 형태에 따라 시공비가 차이가 납니다.

As general customers may not know this, we are explaining it diligently.
In fact, there are some difficult parts in this explanation.
If the construction cost comes out exactly like the fixed factory price, it would be convenient for us, but the reality can never be that way.
If there is a company that gives such an estimate, it is likely to be a scam artist, the ‘mouth expert’ or ‘fake expert’ that I mention every day.
